A few months ago, i received an email titled, "How to live a happier, healthier life." It consisted of a list of 39 tips. I hung the email on my fridge and everytime i open the fridge it was staring me right in the face. I found that the tips really do make sense, if you use them.

So what i've decided to do is create a post every monday titled "Monday's Life Tip." Each monday the post will contain one tip from the email. I will keep the tip posted in the upper right hand corner under "Monday's Life Tip" for the entire week.

I hope that you will enjoy them and find them as useful as i have. You can interpert them and incorporate them into your life any way you like. I also hope you come back every monday to read the new tip.

Please note that these tips are not written or created by me, so i cannot take credit for them, I don't even know where the list originated from. I just find the tips to be good enough to share with you.

Today's Tip: Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.

Friday Foto Finish Fiesta

This is my first time participating in Candid Carrie's Friday Foto Finish Fiesta, and if you haven't yet, you should start.

I took Hunter on his very first camping trip at the end of June. All he wanted to do was go fishing from the moment we got there. We took him fishing that first night and caught nothing. The second day we went and after two hours of fishing, he finally caught a sunfish! This is the first of three fish he ended up catching.

I'm not sure who was more excited, me or him.

What's in a name?

So here i am. Writing my first ever blog. Now, i must admit, as with many things I am behind "the time". At first, i didnt understand this whole blogging thing, but after reading a few friends' blogs, i decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, i was unwarned about how hard it would be to create a blog name. I really wanted to create something different and a sort of play on words. But it also needed to define me to a certain extent. So, yes i am blonde. A natural blonde too, which now-a-days is very rare. So, as i sat here going through my music library, i was trying to think of a play on words with blonde. I figured it would sound better with a title familiar to everyone. I opened the Little Richard folder and there it was. Good Golly Miss Blondie. You have to admit, its pretty clever if i do say so myself. For a blonde that is. Okay, so now that its started I am going to bed.
