I recently participated in Fiber One's Fiber Friend Face-Off a fun and interactive online game that will help you better understand and reach daily fiber goals.

When you visit www.fiberfriendfaceoff.com you can create your own personal avatar, or Fiber Friend. You then face off against a weekly opponent to help learn about daily fiber requirements and the health benefits of fiber. Just by registering, players are entered in a sweepstakes for a chance to win great prizes including daily gift cash cards, weekly Flip Video camcorder and a grand prize trip-for-two to a luxury spa in Arizona.

Players can also download discount coupons for Fiber One products including Fiber One yogurt, chewy snack bars, ready-to-eat breakfast cereal, toaster pastries, muffin mix and pancake mix, all great tasting foods that help to maintain a healthy and balanced diet. It was a very informative and fun way to learn about fiber intake. Before going to the site, I had no idea how much fiber I am supposed to get everyday. But now I know how much and what foods to eat to get there. I recommend visiting the site and playing along, for your own health benefit.
